Hello, we’re Flourish - a modern meditation studio offering gently-guided 30-minute meditation classes focused on breath, present moment awareness, and self-development as well as other workshops and events. Our studio is a place to come to sit and breathe and reconnect with yourself; to spend time in your inner world and gently come face to face with your truths; to connect with others who are also seeking their best selves, who encourage each other along that path.
