ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:

Kimberly Novosel is a longtime entrepreneur who came to meditation as a way to heal her anxiety and addiction to busyness. She found it to be so life-changing that she retired from her 17-year entertainment industry career to share meditation with others who are seeking healing, a slower pace, and a deeper connection with themselves.

In January of 2019 she founded Flourish Meditation where she leads meditation teacher trainings, personal growth workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions. Her classes are reflective, purposeful, and challenging.

A lifelong writer as well as a published author and columnist, Kimberly is remarkable with words, a skill that adds an additional layer of soul to her work. You may have seen her work in The Huffington Post, USA Today, and The Tennessean, among others.

When she’s not in the studio/office, you’ll find Kimberly writing, hiking, or sipping wine on a patio somewhere. She lives in Portland, OR with her daughter, Isla.

WHAT OUR STUDENTS SAY:

“Kimberly has this beautifully unique ability to show how our individual experiences have a collective impact. She always helps me access a part of myself I had either forgotten or was keeping tucked away. I couldn't be more grateful for the way she gently pushes me to explore. Kimberly meets you exactly where you are, without judgment, offering you both her curiosity and compassion.”

Cassie Cichocki

“Kimberly’s writing workshop cracked me open in all of the beautiful and much-needed ways. Her prompts are fun, thoughtful, introspective, and transformative. She knows how to hold a safe, intimate space to come as you are and leave more expanded from how you came. Truly an inspiration.”
